  • Fine $500 – $1,000
  • Jail at least 48 consecutive hours, and up to 90 days
  • Driver’s license suspension minimum 1 year and up to 2 years
  • IDRC evaluation, and completion of referral and program requirements
  • 30 days community service
  • $1,000 auto insurance surcharge for 3 years
  • Installation of ignition interlock device for a period of driver’s license suspension and 2-4 years after license restoration
  • ​$100 surcharge to Drunk Driving Enforcement Fund
  • $100 restoration fee due to Motor Vehicle Commission
  • $100 program fee to IDRC
  • $50 Violent Crimes Compensation Fund
  • $75 Safe and Secure Community Program fee
