Some people could care less about Facebook. Others cannot live without it and feel they need to update it every day, if not a few times a day. Then of course there are those in between. Did you know that some judges will grant a defendant’s motion to allow them to look at your Facebook page, even if it is deactivated? Maybe nothing of use is on there. Maybe that is where you vented all of your dirty secrets. Maybe that is where you posted photographs of you skiing when you testified under oath that you can’t. Either way, it can be bad news.
